Each Lillis, McKibben, Bongivanni & Co. Plan Manager adds value to their client relationships through highly individualized attention. This will include analysis of your workforce and financial needs, proposing solutions, identifying plan designs, managing the competitive proposal process, and negotiating contracts.

When a benefit plan is in place, your Plan Manager will represent you and your employees with health care providers and carriers in complicated claim and administrative situations, and will maintain an ongoing dialog to facilitate continuous improvement.

Your Plan Manager will also bring knowledge to bear in related areas such as disability management, preventive care and wellness program opportunities, and communication plans and employee education.
