John joined Lillis, McKibben & Co. in September of 1987 and was made a partner in 2006. John obtained his B.A. in Economics from Allegheny College in 1987. He received his Chartered Life Underwriters (CLU) designation in 1998 and his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation in 2002. John obtained his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 2012.

John is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and a past President of the Erie Society of Financial Service Professionals and a member of the Erie Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Erie and a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table.

John is on the Resource Development Committee of the Young Leaders Club of the United Way and is also a Board Member of WQLN and ExpERIEnce Children’s Museum.
